Accompanied by the exiled prince Karz, Bard enters Krausk and meets Huddle Zoruarus. Seeing Karz, Huddle sheds tears of joy at their reunion, commends Karz’s struggles to save the remnants of Zarban, and declares that Karz’s survival as the heir to the Werewolf King’s bloodline is a beacon of hope. Huddle entrusts two of his knights to Karz.
[Chapter 5: The Silver Wolf]
After meeting the hero Yemite of Jameen, Bard learns of the terrifying power of the Dragonoids who once ruled the continent. Visiting the Moonfish Creek, Bard finds the innkeeper dead, and a greedy merchant now monopolizing the creek’s Toga. Heading to the ravine upon hearing of a demonic beast wolf, Bard encounters not a demonic beast, but a mysterious wolf, the lord of the mountain.
[Chapter 6: The Dragonoid]
Summoned to the royal capital of Parzam, Bard learns that the Dragonoids have appeared and demanded the return of the ancient sword. Visiting the chieftain of the Zoe Clan, Engdahl, Bard obtains the support of fifty warriors to confront the Dragonoids. Though the Dragonoids’ power proved overwhelming, the ancient sword unexpectedly manifests a mysterious power as the royal army is on the verge of annihilation.
[Chapter 7: Beyond the Great Barrier]
Taranka and Quinta have negotiated with the Dragonoids to allow a human representative to meet with their tribe chief. After the senior officials meeting in Parzam, Bard and his companions set out to visit the stronghold of the Dragonoids. Riding on the backs of flying dragons, Bard soared through the vast sky, crossed the great barrier, and gazed upon the Yuug (ocean), feeling a profound sense of awe.
[Chapter 8: Isteria]
Bard and his companions came face-to-face with the tribe chief of the Dragonoids. The facts revealed by the chief shed light on the unknown history of the continent. Bard, having learned that the monster “Patarapoza” that controls the Dragonoids is searching for the legacy of King Jean from the “Captive Island,” decides to pretend to cooperate with the Dragonoids’ intentions and challenge the “Cave of Trials” deep within the Wind Hole of Fyuza.
[Chapter 9: The Cave of Trials]
The qualification to enter the “Cave of Trials” was to gather three or more “people.” Bard summoned Yemite, Engdahl, and Godon, and with Karz and Zariya in tow, he entered the cavern. As they progressed through the corridors, defeating the enemies, they reached the arena where they were met by the ancient gods. The final challenge was a one-on-one duel between Bard and the God of War Mada-Veri. Will Bard be able to defeat the war god?
[Chapter 10: The Puppeteer of Nightmares]
Awaiting Bard, who had conquered the “Cave of Trials,” was the Dragonoid Echidorkiye, who had become the master of the labyrinth. Echidorkiye revealed that the legacy of King Jean was the divine weapon “Arrow of Corama’s Fury,” and commanded Bard to summon it to destroy “Patarapoza.” Bard, having learned of the Dragonoids’ atrocities, must now make a choice.
